Huat12 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the huat12 platform, including all services, games, content, and features available through huat12.pro and any related applications we may provide from time to time.

By accessing, registering, or using the huat12 platform in any way, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms without any additional conditions;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• You meet all eligibility requirements stated in Section 2 of this document.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and huat12.

2User Eligibility

To register and use the huat12 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. huat12 strictly prohibits minors from using our platform in any form.
• Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your country.
• Location: You are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming platforms is expressly prohibited by local law.
• One account: Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and while using the platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Huat12 reserves the right to request proof of identity (KYC) at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the withholding of any unverified balance.

3Account Registration

The account registration process at huat12 is simple and free. However, there are a few important things you should know:

• You are solely responsible for all activities that occur through your account, whether conducted by you personally or not.
• Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party. huat12 will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat under any circumstances.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Huat12 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing any reason.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any technical tools for registration purposes is strictly prohibited.

For identity verification purposes, huat12 follows a standard KYC process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid identification document, proof of address, and in some cases, proof of ownership of the payment method used. This process is for your own security and to ensure the platform remains free from fraud and money laundering.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Huat12 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other digital wallets listed on the Withdrawal us.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts depend on the selected payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
• All deposits are processed in real-time for payment methods that support this feature.
• Deposited funds are for entertainment purposes on the huat12 platform only.
• Huat12 does not charge any additional fees for deposit processing; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Regarding withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard review and security processes.
• Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe stated on our Withdrawal page, subject to the completion of all verification requirements.
• Huat12 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance and security purposes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method under the same account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds through unauthorised or manipulative methods will result in immediate account closure.

5Bonus & Promotions

Huat12 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Full terms are listed on the Promotions.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a limited validity period. Bonuses that expire without the wagering requirement being met will be automatically forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at any one time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Prohibition on misuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses, is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.
• Right to modify: huat12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.

6Game Rules

All games available on the huat12 platform are governed by their respective game rules. By using any game, you agree to fully comply with those rules.

• All game outcomes generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption such as an internet connection failure on the user's end during an active game session does not entitle the user to any compensation claim, except in cases of a verified system failure on huat12's end.
• The use of assist software, automated bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any game result involving a verified technical error on huat12's end may be voided and reprocessed.
• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled except in cases of independently verified system errors.

7User Responsibilities

As a user of the huat12 platform, you agree to:

• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or professional purpose without written consent from huat12.
• Not take any action that could impair, disrupt, or harm the operation of the platform, system security, or the experience of other users.
• Not use any offensive, threatening, racist, or inappropriate language when interacting with any part of the platform, including in-game chat.
• Not attempt to access any part of the platform that you are not authorised to access.
• Report any bugs, system vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity to our support team promptly and not exploit such vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Ensuring that all information you provide to huat12 is accurate and up to date, and notifying us of any changes to that information.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in actions deemed appropriate by huat12, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

8Liability Limit

Huat12 shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or emergencies beyond our control.
• Financial losses resulting from legitimate game outcomes.
• Losses arising from account security breaches caused by the user's own negligence.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Disruptions caused by external factors such as internet failure, device issues, or power outages on the user's end.

Huat12's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

9Account Closure

Huat12 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• The user is found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• The user opens multiple accounts;
• The user is found to have exploited system vulnerabilities or abused bonuses;
• The user fails to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe;
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. In the case of user-initiated closure, any eligible balance (after all conditions are met) will be returned to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10Service Changes

Huat12 reserves the right to modify, add, or withdraw any part of our services at any time. This includes but is not limited to:

• Addition or removal of games from the platform;
• Changes to deposit or withdrawal limits;
• Changes to bonus and promotion terms;
• Changes to supported payment methods;
• Improvements or changes to the platform interface and features.

For material and significant changes, huat12 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or your registered email. Continued use after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

11Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution body. Users agree that any legal action related to the use of the huat12 platform shall be filed in the jurisdiction designated by huat12.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
